Our new School Hall

St. Brendan’s Boys’ School celebrates its 50th year on its current site this school year. Up until now our school didn’t have a hall where we could all assemble. Despite numerous applications, the Dept. of Education has refused to fund the project. The Board of Management decided that it is in the best interest of our pupils to go ahead and build this much needed hall itself. The entire cost of the build has to be raised through local fundraising. St. Brendan’s Boys’ School caters for boys from 1st to 6th class. There are 220 pupils in our school who will greatly benefit from the provision of this much needed facility as well as the future generation of boys who will be part of our school. As a result the school community has embarked on a big fundraising drive to help us to reach our goal. You can keep up to date on all our efforts, as well as find ways in which you can help, through our fundraising page here, or through our Facebook Page here.
